Organised sessions

The conference will feature parallel sessions with the contributed talks. In addition to these, in order to produce a more coherent and interesting conference program, we plan to schedule organised sessions that would consist of three invited talks on a single common or several closely related topics. We are therefore looking for sessions organisers: if you are interested in setting up such a session, please send to Orbel at rma. ac. be the title and authors of the three talks that constitute the session (you can of course be yourself one of the three speakers). The abstracts for these talks should be submitted by electronic submission.

Standard overhead and LCD projectors will be available. Each contributed talk will be allocated 25 minutes, followed by 5 minutes of discussion time.

Plenary sessions

  • SOGESCI-B.V.W.B. Thesis Award (ORBEL Award)
The prize for the best thesis will be awarded during the conference. The competition is sponsored by OM Partners.
  • On Wednesday afternoon, all participants are invited to attend the celebration of SOGESCI-B.V.W.B.'s 50th anniversary. This event will take place at the Royal Military Academy. More information see 50th anniversary.
